Process steps

The coating of your products is the most important, but not the only part of our services. We offer all process steps from pre-treatment, such as ultrasonic cleaning, to subsequent processing steps like laser cutting and laminating from a single source. Cleaning or completion work can be carried out in a clean room if required. The coating systems and the upstream and downstream production steps are permanently monitored, analysed, and documented. With our in-process analytics, qualified personnel, and extensive experience, we continuously optimise process parameters and coating properties according to product requirements and application areas.
