Enhanced Reflector
An enhanced or a reinforced reflector is usually a non-transparent (opaque) metal that is coated with one or more dielectric layers to increase its reflectivity. For example, an enhanced aluminum consists of an optically dense aluminum coating and an additional layer stack that raises a spectral range in the reflection, i.e. amplifies it.
