We create a layer design and immediately produce a coated sample. You receive a prototype that you can test and examine extensively. This enables us to carry out standard tests to check the feasibility of series production thanks to the rapid creation of samples. If necessary, we can make adjustments together.

The initial consultation is free of charge. We will inform you before taking any steps that incur costs.
We charge for sample production on an individual basis according to the work involved, but you will of course receive a quote and/or order confirmation in advance.
Yes, you will receive a detailed process report with parameters and, if desired, measurement results. We also prepare FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) reports and initial sample inspection reports during the further course of the process, as agreed.
