With Ansgar Link and Damian Janczyk, two long-standing, experienced employees are taking the helm at Bte Bedampfungstechnik GmbH and Born Coating GmbH.
Our managing owner and company founder Reinhard Born has retired from management as of April 1, 2024, but will remain associated with our companies as a shareholder.
The previous Head of Production, Ansgar Link, and Damian Janczyk, Head of Electrical Engineering, will now share the management responsibilities. The two represent continuity: Ansgar Link has been with the company for 28 years, while Damian can look back on 20 years at Bte.
"As a team, we are looking forward to focusing even more strongly on the requirements of the market and our customers from now on," state the two new Managing Directors. "Together with our strong team, we face the future challenges in optical coating!"
